Students who will be entering 7th grade next year (Class of 2023) and students who will be entering 12th grade next year (Class of 2018) need to ensure student immunizations are up-to-date including some new Iowa requirements listed below on meningitis.
You can receive immunization updates through a medical provider or by scheduling an appointment with Floyd County Public Health (641) 257-6111. Parents will need to submit a completed Certificate of Immunization at registration time, or ask medical providers to fax records to 641-228-9842, or emailing school nurse Karen Landers firstname.lastname@example.org.
