Learning Connection Class Schedule

Marvelous Monday Mornings:
This class is for all
children age birth to five years and their parents, as well as
child care providers.
Adults
and children work together doing a variety of activities that
enhance early childhood growth and development.
A
strong emphasis is placed on literacy activities. Parents work with
their children for half of the class, and enjoy conversations about
early childhood education and development during the second have of
the class.
The
class meets at the YMCA from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
Teachers are
Jamie Sovine and Ann Perry.

Fall: Oct. 29, Nov. 5, 12, 19, 26, Dec. 3
Winter: Jan. 14, 28, Feb. 4, 11, 18, 25
Spring: Mar, 31, Apr. 7, 14, 21, 28, May, 5
Marvelous Monday Afternoons:
This is a mixed age class
for children birth to five years of age and their
parents.
Children will work on
early learning skills in the areas of Math, Science, and Literacy,
as well as Music and Movement and the Arts.
Parents
and children participate together during the first half of the
class, and during the second half the parents enjoy a cup of coffee
and engage in a discussion about their developing
child.
This
class meets at Washington Elementary School in the Preschool
Classroom from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.

Brenda West and Sheila Etherington.

Marvelous Monday Evenings:
This is
also a mixed age class for children birth to five years of age and
their parents.
If the
afternoon class is too early, feel free to join us for the evening
class.
Parents
and children participate together during the first half of the
class, and during the second half the parents enjoy a cup of coffee
and engage in a discussion about their developing child.
This

classroom from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

If school is delayed or canceled due to bad weather, the Learning Connection classes will cancel. If school dismissed early due to weather, our classes will be canceled.
