Know more

The Charles City Community School District is a 1:1 Chromebooks District for all students in grades 3-12. Students in 5th - 12th grade are allowed to take the Chromebooks home. The District is now offering parents a free option to monitor how their students are using their school-issued devices with a program called Securly.

• Parents can see in-school and at-home reports for student's school-owned devices.
• Activity is delivered via a web dashboard and email reports.
Parents will be able to customize what your student can do and see on their school-owned devices while at home.
• Securly also contains cyberbullying and self-harm detection.

When you sign up for this free service you will be asked for the following information:
student’s name, student’s email, student’s grade, parent's name, parent's e-mail
